Elder Victor R. Cooper

Elder Victor R. Cooper, is the son of the late Nathaniel Cooper Sr. and Josephine Jeter. Elder Cooper currently resides in Fredericksburg, Va. with his wife Evangelist Cassandra Y. Cooper from Louisburg, N.C. Elder Cooper was born in Raleigh; attended Wake County public school system. Elder Cooper graduated from Needham Broughton High School June 20, 1977. His walk with the Lord begin June 1977, Elder Cooper was baptized in Jesus name filled with the Holy Ghost (Spirit) at Praise Temple Apostolic Faith Church under the leadership of Pastor Marie D. Battle.

Jan. 1978 Elder Cooper enrolled in Elizabeth City State University graduated May 1982 with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice.

April 1983, he met and married the love of his life Cassandra, she is the apple of his eyes for thirty five years God sustained them. Glory be in God!

In 2001, the Lord called him to preach the gospel being obedient to the voice of the Lord he accepted the calling, Elder Cooper preached his initiate sermon Nov. 2002.

June 2006, the spirit of the Lord led Elder Cooper to enroll in Va. Baptist College where he received his Master degree in Theology May 2008.

September 2009, he was anointed Praise Temple Apostolic Faith Church of Va. first Elder under the leadership of Pastor Terrence S. Brown & District Elder Vernon L. Spinks founder and Senior Pastor.

June 2011, Elder Cooper completed Evangelical Teacher Association course Standard and Advance training received his Sunday school teaching certifications.

As a servant in the house of God Elder Cooper held the following positions; Board of Trustee, Superintendent of Sunday School, Chairperson of Pastor Aid, Bus Ministry, Building Superintendent, Brotherhood Chairperson and Sunday school teacher.

January 2007, Elder Cooper was appointed Field Worker over three churches in the ESSC (Eastern and Southern State Council of PCAF) to work with local ministries in development and empowerment.

August 7, 2011 the Pentecostal Church of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. (PCAF) anointed and ordained Elder Cooper.

September 2013, Elder Cooper authors his first book, “Marriage, Seeing it God’s Way”

August 2014, Elder Cooper/Evangelist Cooper were called to go to Va. Beach, Va. to pastor Full Gospel True Mission Church of Virginia by Bishop Gilbert Edwards (PCAF) founder and pastor of The Full Gospel True Mission Church in Baltimore, Md.

Elder Cooper favorite scripture: “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends” (John 15:13).
